Spark TV host, Gabriella ‘Gabbie’ Ntaate, almost had her fans believe she secretly got married following photos of her and a mysterious man both of them dressed like newly-weds.
The Livewire co-host posted several photos of her looking like a bride on her Instagram on Wednesday. She looks dazzling in an off-shoulder wedding gown along with a tiara.
In one of the photos, she held a bridal bouquet.
She captioned one of the posts; “Until death do us part, I promise you that I do. Nkwagala” and added wedding ring and heart emojis, sending her fans in utter confusion.
Her fans have since been pouring out congratulatory messages on her ‘wedding’. Many expressed shock, considering for a person of her status as a public figure, there has been no talk of a wedding in recent days.
However, Plugged has learnt from one of the people who was part of the project, that it wasn’t a wedding but rather a music project. Ntaate who is a Christian singer was shooting a music video for a new project.
This comes few weeks after she released her latest music video, Brag about God.
She had earlier posted teasing about her upcoming love project.
“I have been asked multiple times if I can actually do a love project taken I’m a Christian singer. Question is Are you ready?” Ntaate wrote in the post.
Our source also revealed that the wedding style photos were a way for Ntaate to promote her clothing brand. She designed the male model’s outfit and her gown herself.
