Capital FM won’t be the end of Daniel Irish Kanyerezi’s radio career

The host of The Late Date says he will now focus on growing a dating site he created to help singles expand their reach. He encouraged those looking to get hooked up to sign up on the website.

Radio host, Daniel Irish Kanyerezi who is set to leave Capital FM at the end of October says this won’t be the end of the road for him on radio.

Last week, Daniel announced that he will be leaving Capital FM where he has been for the last seven years as a host. He tweeted saying it has been an honor to host The Late Date, a show he idolized.

While he wasn’t exact where his next stint will be, Daniel has revealed he still has work to do on radio.

“Do I want to still do radio? To you my fans, I can guarantee you, this won’t be the last. I have read many messages, taken calls from people of influence and all I have received from all of you is love. I am recharging my batteries for a little while and believe me once the next challenge comes up, you will be the first to know,” Daniel wrote in a later post.

The host of The Late Date says he will now focus on growing a dating site he created to help singles expand their reach. He encouraged those looking to get hooked up to sign up on the website.

In reflecting on the 7 years he spent on Capital FM, Daniel had nothing but wins to cite.

He says sitting in on all shows was an opportunity for him to discover what a versatile host he is.

As The Late Date host, he says he has been able to offer advice and counsel to people in love relationships.

“I have had the honor of dealing with thousands of marital/relationship Issues and I have offered advice, counseled and helped people walk out of wrong relationships and even strengthened marriages, relationships and situationships,” he wrote on Tuesday.

“I have equally had the opportunity to innovate, on and off the air/show. I have connected hundreds of people to relationships through The Singles Edition where I have read profiles of singles and later created singles’ groups to cater for those who want to date organized people privately.”

One of such groups caters for special interest people like those living with HIV, to help them beat the stigma and encourage them to live positively and pursue dreams and aspirations.

Daniel says he will continue to offer counseling services to individuals dealing with depression, weird relationships and fact findings.
